
- Fish:1/2 Kg
- Chilli Powder: 3 Spoon
- Pepper Powder:1 1/2 Spoon
- Tumeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Paste:1 Spoon
- Salt for taste
Preparation:
- Clean the fish (At last add half tablespoon salt to wash the fish,salt will easily remove the blood from the fish & fish will be in white color)
- Add all above ingredients mix it well and keep it aside for 30 min
- In a sauce pan add oil,put the mixed fish pieces one by one and fry it well.
