Almond Flour cookies

Ingredients :
Almond Flour 2 cups (i used homemade Almond flour)
Baking powder 1/2 Tsp
Coconut palm sugar 1/2 cup
or stevia 2 Tsp
Vanilla powder 1/2 Tsp
Dark chocolate 1/4 cup
(i used 70 % dark chocolate)
Egg 1 no
Butter 1/2 cup

Pavakkai varuval | Bittergourd fry

Ingredients :
Pavakkai/bitter gourd 2 No
Coconut oil 3 Tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp
Red chilly powder 2 Tsp
Sambhar powder 2 Tsp
Salt to taste

Chicken patties | Keto | Paleo

Ingredients :
Minced chicken 1/2 kg
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Garlic chopped 1 Tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 Tbsp
Green chilly 1 Tsp
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Butter 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
Kebab masala /garam masala 1 Spoon
Pepper powder 1 Tsp
salt to taste
Oil 1Tbsp

Preparations :
In a bowl add the washed minced chicken.(make sure there is no water in the chicken dry all the water  from the chicken).
Now add the all above ingredients to the minced chicken.
Mix it well keep the marinated chicken for 20 min.
Apply some oil to your hand ,make small round shaped ball press it down and make small patties.
Place the patties one by one in the airfryer and fryer for 20 min at 4 level temperature.
Meanwhile flip the patties in the airfryer, cook both sides well.
Now our chicken patties are done.
Note:We can fry the chicken patties in the pan also,keep on medium low add little oil
cook on both sides until they are tender ans soft.
Parmesan cheese is an optional one you add any other cheese.
